When an enterprising e-cig shop in Oklahoma delivered to a driver friend of mine, it gave me the idea to ask shops if they could make a run to a nearby location to hook up a driver that needed supplies out on the road, but I never expected a shop to volunteer to cover this much range to help a driver out.
