Mt. Vernon Mo. Vape Shop
Located inside the T/A Truck Stop

When it comes to truck parking at a vape shop, the folks over in Mt. Vernon Missouri have found a very creative solution. Bring the vape shop to the truck stop. Drivers have 24 hr access to all of the vape gear sold at this location either in the Fuel Island building, or in the secondary building over at the Restaurant. To be clear, they do not offer the widest variety of liquids and vape gear. What they do offer is a decent selection of name brand mods, tanks, and liquids that will certainty be useful to drivers who run out of something on the road. Here are some of the things they have to offer.
If you're wanting batteries, this probably isn't the place for you to stop. While they did have a few 26650 and 18350 batteries on the shelf, I didn't recognize the manufacturer and I doubt that they are high amp batteries. They might be okay for low wattage regulated devices, but I wouldn't recommend using them in unregulated or high wattage devices.
They had a reasonable selection of variable wattage devices to get you vaping. If you are looking for a good kit out on the road, they offer the 60 watt MVP and the Innokin Coolfire. If you're looking for something more compact, they do have the Cloupor Mini, and the 30 and 50 watt eLeaf iStick mods. If you need more power, they have the Cloupor T8, but I don't personally recommend that device as the amp limit cuts you off long before you reach the maximum 100 watt setting.
If you're just starting out as a vaper, they do have some pretty nice starter kits as well. Aside from the standard (and imo outdated) eGo style kits, they also have the updated and much more impressive eGo One from Joyetech. They also carry the iTaste starter kits from Innokin and, in the slightly more advanced department, the Aspire CF which would allow you to get a good start with a Nautilus tank and be ready for a future upgrade to the Atlantis without needing to buy a new battery.
For your toppers, they have a very nice selection of Sub Ohm Tanks. They carry my personal favorite, the Arctic tank from Horizon. They also offer the Kanger SubTank and the Aspire Atlantis, as well as a few others. They had replacement coils as well for all of the devices that they carried. If sub ohm isn't your thing, than you might prefer the Aspire Nautilus which they also carry.
When it comes to e-liquids, their selection is a little scant. They do offer a wide variety of flavors from Viper Vape. If a higher VG "Dripper" style e-liquid is more your thing, than you might want to check out their selection of Black Code Dripping juices. These are max VG liquids, and available in most of the flavors listed on the linked site. I picked up a bottle of "Custards Last Stand" and I'm looking forward to trying it out.
When it comes to pricing, I was impressed by some things and not others. Remember, you're at a truck stop so there will be a markup. This made their $32 price tag on some of the sub ohm tanks surprisingly reasonable. However, short of having to ship the device to the moon, there is no excuse for the $160 price tag on the Cloupor T8. Other than that, their prices were in line with or better than a lot of B&M shops I have visited. Standard Viper e-liquids were $9.99 for 15ml and the Black Code was a little steep $12.99.
Are you going to find better vape shops out here with truck access? Absolutely. Can I tell you of another place where you can stop at 2 O'clock in the morning and buy some replacement heads for your Atlantis and a bottle of max vg custard e-liquid? Nope. That alone makes these guys worthy of a listing over here at Smokey and the Bandwidth. So next time your cruising down I44, pull off at exit 46 and pull into the T/A and check these guys out. They just might have what you are looking for to keep you vaping down the highway.
