I80 Vapors in Morris Illinois

Earlier this year I had the privilege of stopping by I80 Vapors in Morris Illinois. I went through my routine. I check out the shop, get a feel for what they're doing, then I ask permission to list them in the directory. As per usual, they agreed so I went through the painstaking task of adding all of their juice and hardware brands to my One Note so I could do a thorough review. I took my pictures, the whole nine. Well... not the whole nine. Apparently I forgot to list them in the directory, which wouldn't have been a big deal if I hadn't been so sure that I had listed them that I deleted all of my info. Well, I'm back in Morris Illinois and they're still here. In fact, they are better than ever. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present our newest Premier Shop listing, I 80 Vapors in Morris Illinois.

I80 Vapors is located at the junction of I80 and IL47, just north of the Interstate at exit 112. Parking options abound. Basically, you can go north to the T/A or Pilot and park your rig and walk over. Alternatively there's that little truck stop across from the T/A with the IHOP. That's your closest option, however I believe they charge to park. That aside, from the T/A look directly across the street. See the Chili's? I80 Vapors is in the plaza next door with the Dollar General.

Now, here's the scoop from the owners. You can park a bobtail in their lot.She also said that Chili's will allow you to park behind the restaurant, but only for short periods. That said, I'm telling you DO NOT take a trailer behind Chili's. It's right back there and you could get blocked in easily. 

Now to the good stuff. These folks have 400 flavors of e-liquids in stock and ready for your vaping pleasure. That's flavors, not brands, but still a ton of good juice. Impressed? Wait until you see the list of brands.

Now, if I'm to find a downside to the shop here it is. They aren't your mech and rebuildable headquarters. They have a few mechs, and some rebuildable atomizers, but it isn't their specialty. They do, however, carry your wick, wire, and other building needs. Also they are light on the higher end gear, but that just saves you money. They have a ton of really good stuff to get you up and vaping or keep you stocked while you're on the road, drivers.

Customer service is top notch here at I80 Vapors. Friendly service is one thing, but I've seen them in action. If you come in and you're just getting started, they will take the time to help you find what you need, show you how to set it up, and get you vaping like a pro. Now to the upside of them not having a lot of mechanical mods? It's for a reason. They stress safety here (notice the battery brands), so you newbies can trust them to not sell you something you're going to blow up when you try to use it. 

Guys, I80 Vapors in Morris Illinois really is a top notch vape shop. We're lucky to have them this accessible to truckers out here on the road. This is my main stop in the area. If you follow this blog, you know I don't gibe out Premier Shop listings easily, but these guys get one hands down. Just check out the pictures below, but first here's a juice recommendation for while you're there.

Occultus Templar

If you like custards, you have to try this stuff. It's a blueberry custard and it is amazing. I'm not really into blueberry liquids, but this stuff is so good I can't put it down. It's a true custard flavor too, not some desert or yogurt flavor branded as a custard. Top shelf.

Mech Sauce Cheese Face

This one isn't amazing, but it is good and it is cheap. It's a strawberry cheesecake flavor, and you get the graham cracker crust flavor and everything. It's not a must try or anything, but the stuff is like $25 for 120ml (ballpark, don't quote me) so for the price it's pretty good.

Update as of January 2018:

I hate to seem like I'm over-hyping this shop, but these guys just keep on getting better. I wanted to try a flavor that they didn't carry from a lineup that they do carry. Furthermore, they had a flavor I liked that they decided to discontinue. Well. management offered to order both of the flavors for me and hold them until I can get in there to pick them up. How awesome is that? Their customer service really is top notch.
