FBI SURVEILLANCE VAN WiFi Network

I pulled in to the Travel Centers of America in Knoxville, Tn (the one on the west side at exit 369) at about 2am on Sunday morning. Before I crash out, I decided to hop online for a few minutes. I see this burgundy mini van circle the truck parking lot, then head back up to the front and park in the car parking lot. I turned on the laptop, then went inside to use the facilities. I got something to drink, then headed back out to the truck. On my way back out, the van circles the lot again. Probably a prostitute, I guessed, but didn't think that much about it.
