The bottom feeder pin is sold separately. Just wanted to toss this out there for those like me who like an atomizer that holds a little juice in it so you don't have to squonk as much.

As you can see between the insulator and the thickness of the post base there is around 3mm of elevation there so this one will leave a nice little puddle in the juice well for you.

I wouldn't mind trying this on one of my Reos. What's the afc like, can it be throttled down enough for a MTL tootle puffer? I'll keep an eye on these for a Black Friday Sale

This one is pretty airy. The top air flow can be completely shut off but the bottom air flow is Cyclops style so it's hard yo get a tight draw. However, this one has exceptional flavor for an airy atomizer.

I don't mind a little airy, but I do like to feel a little resistance. If I can get it a little cheaper, I'll try it, and if I don't like it I'll sell it off.

IMO it is definitely worth trying, especially for under $20 with the bf pin. I really enjoy mine.

So.. I got a couple of Velocity clones in and decided to build one for squonking. I'll have to say, the quality of the Tobeco clone is pretty good (not that I have a legit to compare it to). It did smell a tad of machine oil, so I cleaned it up before using it.

I built a single Clapton coil using the Youde Clapton wire (32g over a single 26g core). Six wraps around a 3mm mandrel came out to right at 1Ω. It installed easily enough. I'm not 100% sure of the longevity of the grub screws in the clone, but I didn't have any issues tightening down the coil. No screws stripped.

Wicking it was a bit weird since I'm only running a single coil. The AFC setup on the Velocity Mini clone (and probably the legits as well) is not really conducive to single coil operation. I would imagine this is, very often, used as an atty for quad coil builds. Just not my thing.

I'm currently running it with the cyclops AFC around half open at 23w on a GDNA. I thought I'd like the secondary airholes being open as well, but with the single coil it's too airy and unnecessary. I imagine if I do a dual coil, or more, build I would use the extra airflow since I don't like a hot vape.

Anyway... the flavor is excellent so far! Cutwood's Bird Brains tastes very good. Not sure if it's the atty or the wire that's contributing the most to it, but I'm enjoying it. As compared to the Veritas, the Velocity isn't "over squonk proof" but the juice well is nice and deep. Re-squonking won't be required as often as on some attys (like the Derringer).

So far I'm pleased. I might add a second coil later on and pump up the power a bit. Even for a Tootle Puffer type, like me, I would recommend giving it a try.

Edit: I should add that I, being the forgetful dumbass that I can be, didn't convert the atty to Bottom Feed configuration before I put my build in. I was able to swap out the 510 connection with my build in place!!

When Snert orders, I usually jump on the order as well. I just got mine today and I am liking the design. I will be playing with a build tonight when I get home, but I am already looking forward to trying this out. I will most likely throw this on my series box just to give it a real workout.
